01. OPERATOR_AND_ACCEPTANCE
GHOSTSHIFT.FM is operated by Manuel-Rene Gruber, an individual based in Liechtenstein ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use GHOSTSHIFT.FM.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice (for example via the site or email) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your country.
02. ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 16 years old to use GHOSTSHIFT.FM. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
03. THE_SERVICE
GHOSTSHIFT.FM is a night-shift community platform. Core features are available during your local night window (10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.). Outside that window, access may be limited to a lock screen or restricted functionality.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent retention of any particular feature. Maintenance, outages, and changes may occur.
04. YOUR_ACCOUNT
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us at contact@ghostshift.fm if you suspect unauthorized access. One person per account unless we explicitly allow otherwise.
05. ACCEPTABLE_USE
You agree not to:
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
- Post hate speech, illegal content, or content that infringes others' rights
- Attempt to breach security, scrape the service, or disrupt normal operation
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
- Use the service for spam or unauthorized commercial solicitation
We may remove content, restrict features, or suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or applicable law. Moderation decisions are made at our discretion to keep the community safe.
06. USER_CONTENT
You retain ownership of content you submit (messages, profile details, channel material, etc.). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, display, and distribute that content on GHOSTSHIFT.FM for as long as it is stored on the platform. You represent that you have the rights needed to post your content.
GHOSTSHIFT.FM is a platform for user-generated content. Views, messages, links, and media posted by users are their own responsibility. We do not endorse user content and are not liable for what users write, send, or share, except where liability cannot be excluded under mandatory law. We may remove content and take action against accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.
07. PRO_SUBSCRIPTION
Optional PRO features are billed through Stripe. Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your account or through Stripe's customer portal where available.
Refunds follow Stripe and applicable consumer law. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in loss of PRO access. We do not store full payment card numbers; Stripe processes payments under its own terms.
08. INTELLECTUAL_PROPERTY
The GHOSTSHIFT.FM name, branding, software, and design are our property or our licensors'. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks or code except as needed to use the service.
09. LIMITATION_OF_LIABILITY
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of GHOSTSHIFT.FM.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including certain consumer protections in the EU/EEA and Liechtenstein).
10. GOVERNING_LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of Liechtenstein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Liechtenstein have jurisdiction where permitted by law. If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you may also have rights to bring claims in your country of residence where mandatory law allows.
